As we celebrate International Women's Day, we reaffirm our commitment to sharing the stories of women.
In this episode of "Breaking the Silence: Voices of FGM Survivors," we spoke with Binta Gibba, the first female chairperson of the Kombo East Youth and Child Development Alliance (KEYCDA).
She shares her experience of undergoing Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) twice and calls for increased awareness-raising campaigns to combat this practice.
Wishing you all a happy International Women's Day 2026!
