About SheTale Media Network
SheTale Media Network is an online media network founded by Ms. Halimatou Ceesay in 2023 and legally registered in 2025. It is supported by a vibrant group of young women and men in media who work to amplify the voices of women, children, and minority groups through their stories.
The mainstream media typically dedicates only a weekly column or talk show to the stories of women, girls, and children. This is why SheTale Media Network was established: to specifically address the needs of these groups and highlight their stories of resilience, survival, innovation, and hard work in contributing to national development.
Mission: To amplify the voices of Women, Children, and Minority Groups through their stories.
